Gregory S. Dahl

Gregory S. Dahl was born and raised in Bridgewater, New Jersey, where he attended Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School. Gregory graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Business. Gregory earned his Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, where he worked as a Graduate Research Fellow and competed with the Moot Court team. Gregory served as law clerk to the Honorable David J. Weaver, J.S.C., in Sussex County during the 2018-2019 term.

Gregory is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the United States District of New Jersey. Gregory has litigated personal injury and employment matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, including claims against public entities under New Jersey’s Tort Claims Act. Gregory has litigated discrimination claims brought under New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination, New Jersey’s Conscientious Employee Protection Act, and state and federal civil rights statutes. Gregory also assists clients with estate planning and preparing Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts.

Gregory lives in Morris County. He enjoys hiking northern New Jersey’s parks and trail systems and contributing to the development of the next generation of legal talent by judging mock trial and moot court competitions at the high school and college levels.
